Skills Reference

Features of Skills

The main section below displays all the Skills you may assign to an Agent.
Under actions, you have the options to edit or delete the skill.
In the upper right corner, you may add additional skills.

When adding Skills, simply fill out the name of the skill with a brief description and click on Create Skill.
